Ik kom al 4 jaar naar dit hotel. Niet dat het een perfecte hotel is, maar omdat de locatie heel centraal is. Burak, Bugra en Demet zijn de leukste medewerkers. Staan klaar voor iedereen en oplossingsgericht. Geven mij een fijne huiselijk gevoel In september ga ik er weer naar toe..

Room was not what picture on website showed. Location was excellent. Price too high for offered room. Breakfast very good and many choices. Staff and personnel very friendly and helpful.

It is a nice place to stay, the staff are very helpful. However, the bed and cushions weren't that comfy. According to the upgrade we have done, the minimum should have a comfy bed.

還不錯啦，在市中心，樓下就是地鐵站🚉 凌晨1點到的，雖然訂房網站備註了是大床，結果衹剩下雙床，小哥很熱情幫忙拼接了大床～ 可以的 服務很好 床很軟 一夜好夢 半夜還出門去吃了一頓烤肉，附近很安全～

J’étais un client habituel mais j’ai décidé après cet dernière expérience de ne plus venir. Personnel et surtout leur manager ne sait pas sourire ni fidéliser un client. La satisfaction client est leur dernier soucis

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service..
